Product Description
Introduction
The cone penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T269 "Cone penetration test method for grease and petroleum grease" ASTMD217.
Penetration refers to the depth of a standard cone (generally with a total load of 150 grams, and 100 grams is also specified) sinking into a grease sample kept at 25°C within 5 seconds. The unit is 1/10 mm. The greater the penetration, the softer the grease, that is, the smaller the viscosity; conversely, the harder the grease, that is, the greater the viscosity. For the penetration test of asphalt, a standard sharp needle with a total load of 100 grams is used instead of a standard cone.

The experimental time can be set arbitrarily
The needle bar assembly can be adjusted up and down within 0-70mm through the adjustment button
