Introduction
Insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester Designed and manufactured according to ASTM D924 and GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating materials". Used to measure dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. Integrated structure. The main components such as dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source are integrated. The instrument adopts full digital technology, all intelligent automatic measurement, equipped with a large color LCD screen, full English menu,English prompts for each step, test results can be automatically stored and printed out, and operators can use it proficiently without professional training.
Main functions and features
(1) The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure that complies with the ASTM D924 and national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an inter-electrode spacing of 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results.
(2) The instrument adopts medium frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, so that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
(3) The internal standard capacitor is a SF6 gas-filled three-electrode capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc., so that the accuracy of the instrument is still guaranteed after long-term use.
(4) The AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion mode, which effectively avoids the influence of AC voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss test. Even if the generator is generating electricity, the instrument can operate correctly.
(5) Complete protection function. When there is overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued.
A temperature limit relay is installed in the medium-frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay is released and the heating stops.
(6) The test parameters are easy to set. The temperature setting range is 0-120ºC, the AC voltage setting range is 500-2200V, and the DC voltage setting range is 300-500V.
(7) It uses a large-screen LCD display with backlight and clear display. The human-machine interface is friendly. You only need to follow the Chinese menu prompts and enter commands, and the instrument can automatically perform tests. And automatically store and print test results.
(8) It has a real-time clock. The test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with the test results.
(9) Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cup. The calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
