Introduction

parameters and technical performance are in line with the
requirements of relevant standards such as QB/T1054-98
"Pulp Beating Tester" and GB/T3332-1982 "Method for
Determination of Pulp Beating Degree (Schober-Rieger
Method)". This instrument can accurately measure the pulp beating degree (beating degree) so as to make the most
economical use of raw materials and end the beating
process in time during the production process. As a measure of fiber conditions in scientific research work, the beating
degree tester is an indispensable tool.
Working Principle
Under normal circumstances, the higher the beating degree of pulp or the more severe the pulp is
crushed, the lower the drainage rate of pulp. This tester is designed based on this phenomenon.
Weigh 2 grams of absolutely dry pulp from which water has been removed, add 1000 ml of water, stir and evenly pour into the instrument. Due to the effect of the copper mesh in the instrument, the fibers remain on the mesh and the water is removed, flowing into the measuring cylinder below the tube
through the side tube and the straight tube below. Due to the different beating degrees of the pulp, the drainage speed is different, and the amount distributed in the side tube and the straight tube
measuring cylinder below is also different. If the pulp beating degree is high, the drainage speed is low, and more water flows into the measuring cylinder below the straight tube. Otherwise, less water flows into the straight tube. It is stipulated that the amount of water flowing out from the side tube represents the beating degree.
