Product Description
Main features
Engine oil boundary pumping temperature measuring instrument is based on applicable standards: GB/T 9171
ASTM D3829 SH/T 0562 ASTM Designed and manufactured according to the D4684 test method. Suitable for
measuring the test oil at a constant temperature of 80°C, and then cooling to the final test temperature at a
program-controlled cooling rate. A lower torque is gradually applied to the rotor shaft until it starts to rotate, and the
yield stress of the test oil is measured. Then a higher torque is applied to measure the apparent viscosity of the
test oil.
The instrument adopts advanced technology, integrating mechanical, optical electronics and computers to
accurately measure temperature.
The refrigeration part of the instrument adopts imported compressors and applies cascade refrigeration
technology, which has the advantages of fast cooling speed, stable performance and long service life.
The instrument adopts a 7-inch touch screen operation, industrial-grade PLC control is stable, and easy to
operate
The alloy rotor is used, which is light in weight, does not deform, and the cone tip is not easy to damage and easy
to clean. The instrument viscometer pool includes a 9-hole viscometer with a number in a temperature-controlled
aluminum block, a heater, a temperature sensor and a photoelectric encoder, etc. The instrument automatically
prints data after the experiment.
The instrument is a desktop structure, the whole machine is beautiful in shape and easy to place.
The instrument controls the temperature according to nonlinear curves of different standards and test levels and
measures the boundary pumping temperature yield stress and apparent viscosity.
The instrument has a temperature calibration function
