Performance characteristics
1. Instrument accuracy:
(1) The instrument uses precision platinum resistance PT100 for temperature measurement, with high temperature control accuracy and temperature calibration function, which makes temperature control more accurate and reduces test errors.
- The instrument uses high-temperature resistant optical fiber, which can be used for a long time below 150°C, with long service life, high sensitivity and accurate detection.
- The instrument adopts embedded system and modular design, with stable performance and accurate detection.
- The stirring shaft and metal frame of the instrument are made of stainless steel. There is an energy-saving lamp outside the bathtub, which is bright and easy to observe.
- The instrument automatically calculates the average viscosity value and has an out-of-tolerance prompt function to ensure the accuracy of the data.
- The two-hole design allows two groups of tests to be performed at the same time, and can also be cleaned at the same time without interfering with each other.
2. Instrument automation:(1) The instrument uses a 10-inch color LCD screen and touch screen operation, which is convenient and fast for users to use. The sample flow time is displayed in real time.- Automatic constant temperature: After entering the main interface, set the bathtub temperature, and click the temperature control button to automatically keep the instrument constant temperature.
- Automatic detection: Put the sample into the viscosity tube, cover the lid, click start, the instrument will automatically keep the temperature constant for 15 minutes (the time can be set arbitrarily) and then start the experiment. The sample is automatically extracted to the upper liquid level, and the infrared photoelectric principle is used for automatic detection. The method is reliable and has good repeatability.
- Automatic timing calculation: When the sample flows down, the instrument automatically counts (the time from the upper liquid level to the lower liquid level) and calculates the result.
- Automatic storage and printing: After the experiment, the data is automatically displayed, stored, and printed. 10,000 data can be stored in a loop, and users can query the data in the historical data.
- Cleaning device, pulse cleaner, intermittent extraction, repeated cleaning of the viscometer, effectively cleaning the viscosity tube, the waste liquid bottle is equipped with a sealing plug to reduce harm to the human body. After cleaning, the instrument automatically dries. The viscosity tube does not need to be taken out and can be directly tested next time.
- User-friendly online programming: Users can set the number of experiments, input the viscosity tube coefficient, the number of cleanings, the cleaning time, the cleaning interval, the drying time, etc., and can also choose manual or automatic cleaning.
