Introduction
High-throughput intelligent microwave digestion instrument refers to an instrument that uses microwave heating principle in a closed container to achieve the purpose of sample pretreatment under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It provides a fast, safe and automated solution instrument for samples and is widely used in food, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, scientific research institutes and other fields.

High-throughput intelligent microwave digestion instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, which prolongs the service life of the instrument and the uniformity of electromagnetic waves.
The cavity is made of 52L large-volume 316L stainless steel cavity material, and the self-locking buffer explosion-proof furnace door. When the reaction is abnormal, the buffer structure ensures the personal safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure. The furnace door and the cavity are tightly combined, and the microwave leakage meets the national standards.
The instrument uses a temperature and pressure dual control system to control the pressure and temperature of the synthesis experiment and display it in real time. 360° continuous rotation back and forth, uniform microwave, ensure the same microwave environment for each sample, and improve the consistency of the experimental results.
When the pressure in the tank exceeds the set protection value, the microwave will automatically stop heating. The safety explosion-proof membrane has a double insurance function. When the pressure inside the tank exceeds the pressure that the explosion-proof membrane can withstand, the explosion-proof membrane will rupture first and the gas will escape, preventing damage to the tank and harm to the human body.
