The marine domestic sewage treatment plant is a key equipment under Annex IV of the International Convention for the Prevention of Marine Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78). This series of devices complies with the MEPC.227 (64) resolution issued on October 5, 2006 (referred to as the new standard).
Principle overview:
This device contains the domestic sewage generated on board in a collection buffer tank and crushes it with a crushing pump. Then, it enters the treatment tank for an integrated program control treatment of "feeding aeration sedimentation drainage". After that, it undergoes membrane MBR infiltration treatment to extract filtered water from the sewage, and finally disinfects it with ultraviolet radiation to fully meet the discharge standards specified in relevant resolutions. This device adopts an "internal and external membrane" design, which is more suitable for the special working conditions of ships and facilitates maintenance, disassembly, and upkeep. The device adopts a PLC programmable controller to achieve digital logic control of processes such as water, aeration, sedimentation, and drainage. It is suitable for 24-hour unmanned engine rooms and can meet the special requirements of ships.
