Fully Automatic Specific Surface Area and Porosity Analyzer 


Introduction
The fully automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer conforms to ISO 9277, ISO 15901 international standards and GB/T 19587 national standards.  Based on the static volumetric method, it measures the adsorption and desorption processes through mass balance equations, static gas equilibrium, and pressure measurement. The testing process is conducted at liquid nitrogen temperature. After a known amount of gas is introduced into the sample tube, a pressure drop occurs, from which the molar mass of the adsorbed gas at adsorption equilibrium is calculated. Using the measured equilibrium adsorption amount, theoretical models are used to determine the single-point and multi-point BET specific surface area, Langmuir specific surface area; BJH mesopore and macropore volume and area distribution, total pore volume; t-plot micropore volume and surface area, Dubinin-Astakhov micropore distribution, Horvath-Kawazoe, SF method micropore distribution, MP method micropore distribution; and parameters such as Non-Local Density Functional Theory (NLDFT) and Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) pore size distribution models.

The rationality of the connecting pipelines, vacuuming capability, and the sensitivity, accuracy, and number of sensors, as well as the degree of automation of the instrument and the number of digital models for different samples, are important criteria for judging the quality of the instrument.
2. Modular gas path design:
The fully automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer incorporates the world's most advanced design concepts, using a unique modular all-stainless steel vacuum gas path design and advanced leak-proof and pollution-free measures, thus ensuring high vacuum and avoiding the drawbacks of excessive leaks due to too many connecting pipe joints.
3. Constant temperature:
The independently developed metal Dewar flask, due to its unique internal structure design, ensures a constant temperature of the tested sample, while avoiding the fragility and immobility of glass Dewar flasks.
4. High-precision sensors:
Multiple high-precision sensors and 22-bit AD conversion devices ensure the accuracy of specific surface area and pore size calculations.
5. Advanced theoretical models:
Its advanced Non-Local Density Functional Theory (NLDFT) and Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) pore size distribution models have established its dominant position in the specific surface area and porosity analyzer industry in my country and are also at a leading level internationally. 6. Automated Operation:
The adsorption and desorption processes are entirely computer-controlled, requiring no manual operation.
