1. Application
Phosphate fire-resistant oil filter is mainly used for the speed control system of large and medium-sized thermal power generating units, phosphate fire-resistant oil system, and fire-resistant hydraulic oil of mechanical equipment. It can regenerate and purify the deteriorated phosphate fire-resistant oil, effectively remove the acid, water, impurities and other harmful substances in the fire-resistant oil, so that the various indicators of the oil product can be restored to the standard of oil use, ensure the normal operation of the unit's EH oil system, and extend the maintenance cycle of the unit.
2. Equipment features
1. The whole machine tank and pipeline are made of stainless steel, and the oil pump and filter element seal are made of materials that are incompatible with the fire-resistant oil. It is beautiful, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
2. The deacidification system uses imported ion exchange resin material filter element, which has a fast and thorough deacidification speed and greatly improves the resistivity in the oil.
3. The international three-dimensional flash evaporation technology is introduced to maximize the evaporation area and evaporation space of the oil in a limited space, and produce a flow-blocking effect on the oil, quickly and thoroughly removing water and gas from the oil.

1. The color of the machine can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Oil pumps, vacuum pumps, motors, filter elements, electrical components and instruments are available in domestic brands, joint venture brands and international imported brands.
3. PLC intelligent control, touch screen operation and dynamic display can be selected according to user needs.
