Scope of application of box-type high-temperature furnace
The box-type high-temperature furnace is designed reasonably, with a simple structure and easy operation. Compared with similar domestic products, its advantages include easy maintenance, good heat preservation effect, and fast temperature rise. It adopts a movable furnace core assembly, which means the furnace core can be drawn out from the back baffle of the furnace, and the electric furnace wire can be replaced without moving the heat preservation layer. A controllable chimney is installed at the back of the furnace to prevent pollution inside the furnace chamber and ensure the accuracy of the test samples. It meets the standard requirements of the national standard (GB212-77)

lThe muffle furnace is designed in accordance with the requirements of the national standard (GB212-2001). It features a simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, good heat retention, and fast temperature rise.
lLightweight insulation bricks are selected as the insulation material, featuring high strength, excellent insulation performance, and convenient maintenance.
lThe rear of the furnace body is equipped with a controllable chimney that can be opened and closed as desired, allowing adjustments according to usage requirements.
lThere are two types of temperature control devices: digital display controllers and programmable controller
