Scope of application:
The vacuum oil filter is specially developed and produced based on the characteristics of steam turbine oil, turbine oil, engine oil and other lubricating oils containing large amounts of impurities and water.
The machine has a short processing cycle and high efficiency, and can quickly remove water, gas, impurities and volatiles (alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from the oil. Improve the quality of the oil, restore the viscosity, flash point and performance of the lubricating oil, and extend the service life of the steam turbine.
This series of special oil filters adopts new aggregation and separation technologies, and is aimed at the online treatment of turbine oil of steam turbines, gas turbines, water turbines, and turbine compressors in various industries to ensure the adjustment of the unit and the normal operation of the lubrication system.
It can also process low viscosity conditioning and cooling oil, mainly used for turbine oil treatment of generator sets, and can also be used for hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil and other low-viscosity lubricating oils that require the removal of a large amount of water and precise filtration of impurities.
