Scope of application:
High-efficiency two-stage vacuum oil filter and transformer oil purifier have our company's unique process and world-leading technology, and are widely used in power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railways and other industries. They are mainly used for large-scale voltage transmission and transformation equipment above 110KV and the national main transformer network, transformer on-site maintenance of large substations, and rapid deep processing of new oil, imported oil and other insulating oils, as well as vacuum filtration and purification of new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, transformer system capacitor oil, refrigeration oil and other relatively expensive oils. It is especially suitable for areas with an altitude of 500 meters or above
 

Product advantages
The transformer oil treated by this machine has less water content and high impurity accuracy. All indicators of the product are much higher than the national standards. Compared with the single-stage vacuum oil filter, its dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal (mechanical impurities and free carbon) are faster and more thorough. The oil limit withstand voltage and flash point are higher. The breakdown voltage of one filtration can be increased by 40KV, reducing the harm of oil aging caused by multiple heating of general oil filters.
