Product Description

1. Application
ZYB regeneration transformer oil filter is mainly used for regeneration of seriously deteriorated transformer, transformer oil, capacitor oil and other insulating oils. It removes impurities, carbon particles, moisture, harmful gases, acidic components, suspended matter, precipitation and other substances in the oil. It restores the performance of the oil and meets international oil standards.

2. Features
 

In addition to the dehydration, degassing and impurity removal functions of the vacuum oil filter, the regeneration system of this machine can also regenerate deteriorated insulating oil, which can efficiently remove deep oxides, free carbon and other polar substances in the oil, and can restore the dielectric loss, oxidation resistance, acid-base water solubility and other comprehensive indicators of inferior oil. The water content, pressure resistance, gas content, acid value, dielectric loss and other indicators in the treated oil meet national standards.
 

The precise filtration system, multi-stage filtration and gradual encryption, large pollution capacity, can effectively remove mechanical impurities in the oil, and is equipped with automatic detection and protection functions for filter element contamination.
 

It is equipped with automatic constant temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system, and heating protection system, so as to achieve the purpose of human-machine separation.
 

The internationally advanced infrared heating system and optimized heating device design make the oil heated evenly and the temperature rise fast without causing local carbonization of the oil, effectively eliminating the generation of harmful gases during the oil filtration process.
 

The digital intelligent temperature controller realizes precise control, and the heating system is automatically operated according to the set temperature. There is no turbulence at the critical point of heating, and the heating is stable and balanced.
 

It is equipped with leakage and overload shutdown devices to protect the motor.
 

It is equipped with phase sequence and phase loss protection functions, and sudden shutdown safety control.

Particles: 5μm or 1μm This machine has an air extraction rate of 1200-3000 cubic meters/hour, and can vacuumize large transformers above 220KV, realize vacuum oil filling, and circulate hot oil to dry the transformer body.
