Introduction
The fully automatic four-ball machine grease anti-wear tester is mainly used to evaluate the load-bearing capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure conditions in the form of sliding friction. It includes three indicators: maximum non-seizure load Pb, sintering load Pd, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ. In practical applications, different evaluation indicators can be selected according to the various uses of lubricants. The four-ball friction tester can also perform long-term anti-wear tests on lubricants, determine friction coefficients, and record friction and temperature curves.
Using special accessories, end face wear and material simulation tests can also be performed. The design principle of this machine absorbs the loading stability of the lever four-ball machine and combines the loading characteristics of the servo valve. Through the servo motor, air spring, and closed-loop control software, it realizes automatic zeroing, automatic loading, automatic holding, automatic testing, automatic unloading, automatic measurement of wear spot diameter and taking pictures, one-button operation, and one-button data storage. The test speed is fast, the error is extremely small, the repeatability is good, there is no pollution, no noise, and the efficiency is high.
