Introduction
The fully automatic calorimeter adopts a highly reliable true color intelligent 7-inch LCD display terminal, a micro thermal printer, and an all-English touch operation menu. The interface is beautiful and clear, and the operation is simple and intuitive. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, simple operation, and reliable use. It is suitable for measuring the calorific value of coal, coke, petroleum, cement raw materials, bricks and other solid or liquid combustibles in industries such as electricity, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, quality inspection, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and scientific research institutes. It meets the requirements of the national standard ASTM D240, GB/T213-2008 "Method for Determination of Calorific Value of Coal". It is the main instrument in the coal quality laboratory.
Performance characteristics of the fully automatic calorimeter:
1. Beautiful appearance, exquisite material selection, excellent workmanship, reasonable structure, and low failure rate.
2. Simple operation, can be controlled by single-chip microcomputer and computer respectively, true color intelligent 7-inch LCD display terminal, micro thermal printer, compact structure, can print data quickly and noiselessly.
3. Fast test speed, test cycle ≤15min (national standard GB/T213-2003).
4. Thermal capacity stability <0.2% precision <0.1% temperature resolution 0.0001K
5. Small size, large number of molds used, high precision.
6. The repeatability and reproducibility of calorific value test are better than the requirements of national standard GB/T212-2003.
7. High degree of automation, automatic control of water volume in the inner barrel, automatic completion of the entire test process
