Introduction
The crude oil wax content tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of ASTM D6560 and the People's Republic of China industry standard SY/T-7550 "Determination of wax, colloid and asphaltene content in crude oil". It is suitable for determining the wax content and asphaltene in crude oil products with a water content of no more than 0.5% (mass fraction).
Performance characteristics:
Adsorption device: stainless steel bath, digital temperature controller automatically keeps constant temperature. The temperature control point can be adjusted arbitrarily. The water bath has a built-in circulation pump, which is connected to the adsorption device to keep the temperature within the required range. The water bath cover has two heating inlets to heat the glass container.
Dewaxing and filtering device: digital temperature controller automatically keeps constant temperature. The temperature control point can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it is equipped with a constant temperature bath stirring device to improve the temperature control accuracy.
Constant temperature range of two-tank cold bath: room temperature ~ -40ºC Accuracy: ±0.5ºC, the temperature control point can be adjusted arbitrarily without affecting each other.
