High Temperature and High Shear Rate Apparent Viscosity Analyzer
Introduction
Under the test condition of 150ºC, the sample is made to flow out of the capillary viscometer under the pressure of nitrogen (or carbon dioxide). The apparent viscosity of the sample when the apparent shear rate of the capillary viscometer tube wall reaches 1.4x106s-1 can be obtained from the outflow time and pressure of the sample. The viscosity of the oil corresponding to the measured pressure can be determined by using the calibration curve of each viscometer cell.

4. The heating part of the instrument is made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum heating belt is in close contact with the viscosity tube, and the heat is evenly heated. And it has a good insulation effect.
5. The pressure detection part adopts a precision pressure sensor, and the data is accurate and reliable.
Experimental process
Turn on the power button and the instrument will automatically heat up to 150ºC. Then click the screen to enter the test system interface. Select the appropriate pressure value based on the sample made by the reference standard. Then use a special threaded syringe to take 7ml of the sample and inject it into the viscosity tube from the top. Lock the valve and keep the temperature constant for 15 minutes. Draw out the excess sample and click the start button. The instrument will automatically measure the pressure change and record the time. The internal calculation program will automatically display and store the results. If the pressure value is incorrect, the system will recommend the appropriate pressure value before continuing the experiment to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data.
