The self-ignition point tester is designed and manufactured for large and medium-sized power generation enterprises and the production and inspection departments of fire-resistant oil for power plants in accordance with the SH/T 0642 GB/T 21860 ASTM E659, "DL/T706-2017 (neq IEC79-4:1995) Electric Power Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China-Determination Method of Self-ignition Point of Fire-resistant Oil for Power Plants". This instrument is only suitable for the test and inspection departments that implement DL/T706.
According to the technical requirements for three-point temperature sampling proposed in the test method, this product has targetedly adopted a temperature adjustment system composed of a true color GUI touch screen LCD screen and a CPU. The temperature difference between the three points is actually less than 1°C; the temperature source point can be positioned on the bottle wall or bath wall through an external knob; an ignition point detection device is configured to facilitate the detection of the ignition point; in addition, the bath body uses lightweight insulation materials to reduce the weight of the instrument.
It uses a color touch LCD display, bilingual menus in Chinese and English, a true color GUI touch screen interface design, and displays temperature and other parameters. Electrostatic spray shell, integrated design; easy to operate, rapid and stable heating, good temperature consistency at three sampling points; small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, generous, it is the best choice for fire-resistant oil self-ignition point test.
Instrument structure
The instrument consists of a bath and an electrical control system, with a single square box design, and the electrostatic spray shell is not in direct contact with the bath.
3.1 Constant temperature bath
The constant temperature bath is a three-layer structure. The outermost layer is made of filamentous aluminum silicate lightweight insulation material as the insulation layer; the heater is supported by a ceramic tube as the middle layer; the innermost layer is a stainless steel inner sleeve to make the heat distribution in the bath uniform. The cover of the bath is a multi-layer structure with a flask clamping device, which can not only tighten the flask but also easily remove it. Three adjustable position temperature sensing thermocouples are installed at the bottom, side wall and upper part of the bath according to the standard position to obtain three-point temperature. The upper and middle thermocouples can be manipulated on the operation panel to facilitate positioning and loading and unloading of the flask.
3.2 Electrical control part
The control core of the electrical part is the CPU, which uses the PID control algorithm to accurately control the temperature, and the temperature measurement value and set value are clear at a glance. After the instrument is turned on, the heating is automatically controlled, and the temperature signal is fed back to the control system by three K-type thermocouples to automatically control the temperature deviation and make the temperature reach equilibrium.
