Introduction
The lubricating oil oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured according to the Chinese petrochemical industry standard ASTM D2272,SH/T0193 "Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Test Method". It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and used turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives).
Features
1.The instrument uses a 7-inch industrial touch screen display, with stable performance and simple operation.
2.The mechanical rotating part of the instrument adopts a gear transmission structure design, and the spring frame is strong and stable. It has the advantages of long service life and low noise.
3.The valve connecting the instrument body adopts fast rotating joint technology to ensure that there is no leakage during high-speed rotation.
4.Automatic constant temperature: Turn on the machine to enter the parameter interface, set 150ºC, return to the main interface and click to start temperature control.
5.Automatic judgment of leakage: After the oxygen filling is completed, the instrument automatically judges whether there is a leak.
6.Automatic recording of test curve real-time display: During the experiment, the screen displays the pressure and time curve graph, which is convenient for observing the pressure and time records
7.Automatic judgment of the highest pressure point: When the pressure reaches the highest point, the instrument automatically judges and records the highest pressure.
8.Automatic end of the test: When the pressure rise and fall meet the standard requirements, the instrument automatically judges and ends the oxidation time and pressure of the experiment, and automatically stores and generates a curve for easy observation.
9.The instrument has a high degree of automation and greatly reduces manual operation
10.The instrument has a temperature protection function. When the temperature exceeds the set temperature, the instrument automatically powers off.
11.The instrument can do 2 groups of experiments at the same time, which is convenient for observing parallel experiments. It is also equipped with a small winding machine to facilitate test accuracy.
