Introduction
1.Control system: True color touch screen interface design, intuitive display, easy operation (under certain conditions, you can quickly become familiar with the operation process without reading the manual), reasonable instrument structure, fast test speed, wide test range, good repeatability and authenticity, etc.
The test process of the instrument is fully automatic, and the temperature, time and other parameters involved are displayed graphically by the LCD display. On this LCD screen, users will also see the working status of the instrument and related operation prompts at the same time.
You only need to preset the expected flash point or starting temperature of the substance to be tested, and the instrument can start cooling and heating at the specified rate, and then ignite, detect flash point, air cool, and print out the results in sequence. The instrument will automatically correct the test results according to the change of atmospheric pressure. The instrument has powerful data processing functions: it can memorize the results of the past 1,000 analyses to facilitate your query and printing of historical records. It can memorize the preset parameters before each shutdown.
2. Integrated host design: It adopts micro DC compressor cooling, integrated design, and high integration. Beautiful and saves desktop space.
3. Split sensor: The cup cover assembly, flash point sensor and temperature sensor are all split and independent, which makes it easier to replace various accessories (user plug and play).
4. Self-test and self-diagnosis: When the instrument is turned on, it automatically checks the flash point sensor, Pt100 oil temperature and bath temperature sensor, system thermal fuse, etc.; at the same time, it self-checks the ignition action, cooling and heating system start/reset, etc. If there is a fault or abnormal connection, the instrument will emit a buzzer alarm and display text prompts on the screen.
