Vacuum Oil Purifier Designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of
a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump and
electric control box.

The air in the vacuum pump and vacuum tank is extracted to create a vacuum. Under the action
of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipe to
eliminate larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75ºC passes
through the automatic oil floating valve to automatically control the balance of oil entering the
vacuum tank. The rapid rotation of the jet wings separates the hot oil into a semi-mist. The water
in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor and is discharged.

The oil in the vacuum heating box is discharged into the fine filter by the oil drain pump, and
particulate impurities are filtered out by the filter element. This completes the entire process of
the vacuum oil filter quickly removing impurities, moisture and gas in the oil, and discharging the
clean oil from the oil drain port.
