Based on standards

Description of the scheme
The microcomputer-controlled electronic servo horizontal tensile testing machine is mainly composed of a host, a drive motor, a servo control system, related test software, and other necessary test aids. Using the special software of the test machine, the test parameters are controlled and displayed by the microcomputer, and the test curve can be printed.
Introduction to the structure
The test machine consists of a host, a drive motor and control system, a transmission system, an electronic universal machine measurement and control system, a computer, data processing software, and various accessories.
1. Host part
The host structure of the machine adopts a horizontal structure, which is divided into a specimen holding space, a test loading space, and a sensor calibration space. The servo controller drives the motor, and drives the ball screw to rotate after deceleration through a gapless circular arc synchronous belt to realize the left and right movement of the loading beam. The loading beam is equipped with a high-precision load sensor, and the extensometer can be clamped on the marking line of the specimen to complete the measurement of the test force and deformation of the specimen. There is a red emergency stop switch on the right side of the host. When an emergency occurs, quickly press the emergency stop switch to stop the beam from moving.
2. Test machine measurement and control system and software
The measurement, control and data processing of the test machine are all completed by the test machine's measurement and control system and software. The test machine's measurement and control system is connected to the host and microcomputer. The test personnel can input the test parameters through the keyboard. The microcomputer displays and processes the test parameters and test results in real time, and the printer prints the test results. 3. Strong power part
The strong power part of the test machine is installed in the base of the test machine and is connected to the power grid through the power cord. The power switch and emergency stop button are opened on the lower right side of the front of the base. The power switch is the power supply switch of the host. In an emergency, pressing the emergency stop switch can cut off the power supply of the host to protect the host, and rotating the emergency stop switch to restore power.
