Infrared electronic moisture-proof box
Humidity control range: 25RH%- 50RH%, front LCD screen, dual display of temperature/humidity
Display range: 0RH% - 100RH%, accuracy ±3RH.
Opening and closing method: The upper cover damping hinge opening and closing design effectively utilizes the upper space to avoid space waste and inconvenience caused by opening the door.
Support method: hinge pitch support is adopted.
Sealing method: airtight method, the door and the box body are closed with imported enriched silicone seal strips to prevent oxidation and have good sealing effect in the warehouse.
Circuit design: hidden protection design for wiring and power supply lines, and PCB circuit board protection board is added.
Material structure: The material around the moisture-proof box is 1.5mm rolled steel plate, and the bottom is made of 5mm special load-bearing plate layer with anti-static and flame-retardant spraying process on the surface. The internal joints are filled with cured glue to ensure the sealing structure design and good sealing performance.
Dehumidification system: Intelligent humidity sensing module (super strong level), using renewable cycle moisture absorption molecular layer membrane, microcomputer program control system to control humidity, the humidity in the warehouse exceeds the set humidity level, the system will start dehumidification intelligently, no consumables, extend the service life of the product.
Working operation: It has moisture absorption protection function when the power is off, and the chemical moisture absorption filling function can still be used to continue dehumidification. The humidity rise within 24 hours does not exceed 10%.
