Introduction
(Petrochemical)full spectrum direct reading inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer is a chemical analysis instrument specially designed by Suzhou Bowei Instrument Technology Co.,Ltd.for the testing requirements of the petrochemical industry.Mainly used to determine the content of various elements detected in various types of oil and related products.The instrument innovatively adopts direct oil injection technology,a semiconductor cooled ultra-low temperature mist chamber and oxygen assisted injection to eliminate the serious carbon deposition in organic samples,greatly improving the applicability of the instrument.
1,Real time monitoring system forplasma flame  Equipped with a real-time full-color   camera system,the operator can view the operation pattern of the plasma in full color in the control software of the instrument,and observe whether  the torch tube and the center tube of  the torch tube have become dirty and need to be cleaned.
2,Testing speed beyond imagination  The testing speed is once every 20
seconds,and an appropriate integration
time can be set for measurement;It is
possible to read out the integrated intensity values of all analyzed spectral lines in one  exposure;Accurate measurement of nearly 70 elements in a single sample can be
achieved within one minute.
3, Convenient wavelength calibration function Intelligent automatic wavelength
calibration  algorithm,the  software
automatically performs wavelength
calibration after startup,greatly saving   time and cost in wavelength calibration

Application area
Lubricating oil and its additives
It can determine the content of more than 20 wear elements in lubricating oil and its additives,and can be tested on the
machine with simple dilution.Optional high salt atomizer
can be used to directly measure the content of wear elements in the lubricating oil after use.
Biological oils and fats
Determine the content of 22 elements including phosphorus, iron,calcium,magnesium,silicon,potassium,and          sodium
in bio oil and kitchen oil.
Methanol and ethanol
Element content in petrochemical raw materials
such as methanol and ethanol.
Gasoline and diesel
It can achieve direct injection determination of gasoline   and diesel without complex digestion operations,and can determine elements such as silicon,phosphorus,iron,
manganese,lead,sulfur,etc.
Crude oil and its ancillary products
It can determine the content of more than thirty elements in crude oil and its ancillary products.
Engine oil,gear oil,hydraulic oil
Sodium,potassium,calcium,magnesium,aluminum,
iron,nickel,copper,zinc,chromium  and  other  elements are present in engine oil,gear oil,and hydraulic oil.
