1. Multi-stage filtration system
    Plate pressing system combined with primary/fine filtration

The plate pressing system drives solid-liquid separation through pressure to quickly intercept large particle impurities
In the primary filtration stage, screens or filter cloths are used for coarse filtration, and stainless steel filter elements (such as 304 material) are used in the fine filtration stage to achieve micron-level impurity interception to ensure the cleanliness of oil products targeted impurity removal

Use centrifugal force, gravity and other physical principles to separate suspended particles
For sticky fiber impurities, spiral push and screen drum filtration are used to improve separation efficiency

2. Dehydration and odor synergistic treatment
    High vacuum system dehydration

In a high temperature environment below 260ºC, vacuum negative pressure is used to accelerate water evaporation and avoid oil oxidation
The vacuum environment can simultaneously volatilize acidic substances and small molecular odor components. Neutralization and protection of acidic substances

The stainless steel filter element and the inner wall of the equipment are made of 304/316L material, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion4;
Some processes can be combined with pH adjustment pretreatment to reduce the acidity of waste oil.

For insulating oil with initial values of: micro-water content ≤50ppm, gas ≤12% (volume ratio), after one treatment by this machine, the following values are achieved:
Micro-water: ≤ 4ppm±2ppm
Gas: ≤ 0.1% (volume ratio)
Particles: 5μm or 1μm This machine has an air extraction rate of 1200-3000 cubic meters/hour, and can vacuumize large transformers above 220KV, realize vacuum oil filling, and circulate hot oil to dry the transformer body.
