The polymer oil shear stability tester is made according to the requirements of SH/T 0103, ASTM D7109,ASTM D6278, and DIN 51382. The shear stability of polymer oil is tested using the diesel nozzle shear stability tester.
Features
1. Original German Bosh jet pump with nozzle and atomizing chamber;
2. Bosh axial nozzle jet, the nozzle bracket has a filter cartridge;
3. The spherical cooler has a cooling jacket to transfer heat on the jacket wall surface;
4. Liquid flow meter controls the flow rate, digital display, 170cm3±5cm3/min;
5. Automatic stroke counter can automatically cut off the power supply;
6. 250cm3 liquid storage tank, with liquid tank inlet on the top;
7. Three-phase motor, power 1100W, speed 925±25r/min;
8. There is a distribution plate in the glass test tube, and there is a three-way piston at the cooling outlet;
9. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±1ºC, PT100 sensor;
