Product Description
IIntroduction
The engine coolant corrosion tester is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D1384,SH/T0085 Engine Coolant Corrosion Test Method. It is suitable for high-boiling point and low-boiling point engine coolants and their concentrates, and is also suitable for the determination of rust inhibitor corrosion in engine cooling systems.
The instrument consists of a metal heating bath, 6 sets of temperature controllers, a condensing device, and a flow control device.
The metal heating bath is heated by aluminum, with a fast heating speed, replacing the traditional water bath, long service life, and easy operation.
6 sets of temperature are independently controlled, and the temperature and flow rate of each set of samples can be observed in real time.
The instrument temperature control adopts an intelligent digital display temperature control meter, which is accurate in temperature control.
The temperature part of the instrument adopts precision platinum resistance PT100 for temperature measurement, with high accuracy and accurate display.
The instrument has beautiful appearance and easy operation. It can work continuously for a long time, with extremely low failure rate and is strong and durable.
