1. Application
SPB regeneration transformer oil filter is mainly used for regeneration of seriously deteriorated transformer, transformer oil, capacitor oil and other insulating oils. It removes impurities, carbon particles, moisture, harmful gases, acidic components, suspended matter, precipitation and other substances in the oil. It restores the performance of the oil and meets international oil standards.

Oil after treated
For insulating oil with initial values of: micro-water content ≤50ppm, gas ≤12% (volume ratio), after one treatment by this machine, the following values are achieved:
Micro-water: ≤ 4ppm±2ppm
Gas: ≤ 0.1% (volume ratio)
Particles: 5μm or 1μm This machine has an air extraction rate of 1200-3000 cubic meters/hour, and can vacuumize large transformers above 220KV, realize vacuum oil filling, and circulate hot oil to dry the transformer body.
