High Quality Turbine Oil Sediment Sludge Tester
Introduction
The oil sludge precipitation tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with DL/T 429.7-2017 "Measurement Method for Oil Sludge Precipitation of Power Oil". It is suitable for the oil sludge precipitation determination method of transformer oil, turbine oil, and phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, and can be used to measure the total content of oil sludge and sediment in oil.
Built-in oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump, metal bath constant temperature funnel, one instrument host completes all functions, no external vacuum pump and water bath pot are required, energy saving and environmental protection.
Main functions and features
1. 7-inch color touch screen, resolution 800×480, beautiful and easy to use human-computer interaction.
2. Adopt 32-bit microprocessor as the main control core, a new generation of graphical intelligent operating system, built-in instructions for use.
3. Built-in formula, automatic calculation of test results, can save 90 sets of test data.
4. 2-way independent PID temperature control, precise control of constant temperature funnel temperature.
5. Adopt built-in oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump, program-controlled decompression filtration.
6. Uniquely designed vacuum pump structure, even if the oil sample is sucked into the vacuum pump, the instrument will not be damaged, reducing accidental losses.
7. Compact structure, only 1.5 A4 sheets of paper size are occupied on the desktop.
8. RS232 interface, can be connected to LIMS system.
