Application:
UHV transformer oil filter (vacuum oil filter for transformer oil in power plants) is especially used for 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV AC power grid, ±660KV, ±800KV DC power grid. This machine has strong vacuum degassing, oil-water separation and particle purification capabilities. It is often used for transformer on-site maintenance and deep purification of high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, UHV transformer oil and other oil products. It is also used for vacuum oil filling and drying of transformers.

1. The double-stage vacuum high-speed pumping and advanced dehydration and degassing system adopts large-area three-dimensional flash evaporation technology, which can quickly and efficiently remove harmful components such as moisture, impurities, hydrocarbons, etc. in the oil, and improve the flash point and compressive strength of the insulating oil.

For insulating oil with initial values of: micro-water content ≤50ppm, gas ≤12% (volume ratio), after one treatment by this machine, the following values are achieved:

Gas: ≤ 0.1% (volume ratio)
Particles: 5μm or 1μm This machine has an air extraction rate of 1200-3000 cubic meters/hour, and can vacuumize large transformers above 220KV, realize vacuum oil filling, and circulate hot oil to dry the transformer body.
