Introduction
The nitrogen analyzer (also known as the protein analyzer) is a series of products designed by our company based on the principle of Kjeldahl nitrogen determination. It is mainly used to detect the content of ammonia nitrogen, protein nitrogen, etc. in meat powder, grain, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, drugs, sediments and chemicals. The test results meet the indicators specified in GB/T6432-2018 "Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method for crude protein in feed".
The nitrogen determination instrument mainly consists of two parts: an electric heating digestion furnace and a distiller:
It takes about 40 minutes for the electric heating digestion furnace to digest a batch of samples. Harmful gases such as SO2 that escape from the digestion are discharged from the water into the sewer through the sewage pipe on the digestion furnace and the exhaust tee.
