Cost-Effective Fire Point Tester ASTM D93 Pensky Martins Closed Cup Flash Point Apparatus
Introduction
The fully automatic closed flash point tester is used to determine the closed flash point value of petroleum products, fuel oil, flammable liquids containing suspended solids and other various fuel liquids. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, electric power and other industries. It is controlled by a 32-bit embedded microcontroller, and the entire measurement process is fully automatic.
This instrument has the following characteristics:
1. 7-inch large-screen color LCD display, fully interactive interface, simple and friendly human-machine interface;
2. Convenient, clear and intuitive operation, only need to touch the LCD screen interface button to operate, high degree of automation;
3. The instrument has a storage function, which can store the experimental results for query.
4. It has functions such as automatic correction of atmospheric pressure, automatic lifting, automatic ignition, automatic cooling at the end of the experiment, and automatic printing of test results.
5. The instrument has self-test functions such as lifting, stirring, opening the cover, printing, fan, ignition head, etc.
6. It adopts a special process ignition head, with stable and adjustable brightness and long life.
7. It adopts a K-type thermocouple to collect flash fire device with high sensitivity.
8. It adopts a silicon nitride ignition device with long life and stable brightness.
9. The structure design is exquisite, beautiful and comfortable to operate.
This instrument has a high degree of automation, is easy and quick to use, has the advantages of accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable performance and simple operation. It is applicable to the standard GB/T261-2021 and ASTM D93,is an ideal substitute for similar imported instruments. It can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection and scientific research departments.
