The UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer is an experimental instrument based on the principle of UV fluorescence combined with computer technology. It has the advantages of wide linear range, strong anti-interference ability, simple operation, stable and reliable results, etc. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, crude benzene, electricity, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is suitable for determining the total sulfur content of paraffin oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, lubricating oil, fuel oil, liquefied gas and other oil products, chemical raw materials and finished products.

Main features:
The ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer is a synchronous sulfur element determination instrument, which is widely used to detect the sulfur content in liquid, solid and gas samples. The instrument uses ultraviolet fluorescence method to determine the total sulfur content. All key components of the system use components, which further improves the performance of the whole machine.
Working principle
The ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer adopts the ultraviolet fluorescence determination principle. The sample undergoes high-temperature oxidation reaction, and the sulfide in it is converted into SO2. The sample gas passes through a membrane dryer to remove the water in it and enters the reaction chamber.
SO2 is irradiated with ultraviolet light to produce a spectrum of a specific wavelength, which is detected and received by a photomultiplier tube. The emitted fluorescence intensity is proportional to the sulfur content in the original sample. After micro-current amplification and computer data processing, it can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the light intensity. By measuring its size, the sulfur content of the corresponding sample can be calculated.
