Introduction
The automatic petroleum product distillation tester is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T6536-97,ASTM D86 test method. It is suitable for natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbons), motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gas oil fraction fuel and similar petroleum products.

Features:
1. It adopts modular design. The detection part adopts advanced sensors and high-precision AD conversion circuits. The main control part adopts multiple industrial applications, high-reliability 24-bit RISC structure, ultra-low power consumption microprocessor, and good and reliable communication to form each module into a unified and reliable measurement and control platform. All operating parts are driven by stepper motors, which have the characteristics of high precision, low noise, reliable operation, low maintenance and long service life. The running program adopts high-quality and simplest modular program design, and is organically combined with hardware, so that all the work of heating and cooling, liquid level tracking, temperature recording, printing, etc. in the distillation measurement process is completed automatically, achieving a one-key operation mode of outputting results. It has the function of automatically detecting the atmospheric pressure of the environment and the working temperature in the measuring instrument, and automatically compensates the measurement results under standard atmospheric pressure, which increases the comparability of the test results.
This instrument can set parameters for selection when testing different samples, which is convenient for detection operation. At the same time, the preset parameters are modifiable to meet the requirements of measuring special samples.
