Lubricating Grease ASTM D4049 Water Spray Resistance Tester Product Description
Introduction
The principle of the water spray resistance tester is: apply the grease on a stainless steel plate and spray it with water at the specified test temperature and pressure. After 5 minutes, measure the percentage of spray weight loss of the grease as a measure of the grease's resistance to water spray. The magnetic pump circulates the cooling medium, and the circulation pipe is equipped with an insulation sleeve. The plexiglass spray box is convenient for observation. The precision pressure gauge displays the spray pressure.
