Petroleum Products ASTM D86 Distillation Range Apparatus(SP-01A)
Introduction
The automatic petroleum product distillation tester is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T6536-97,ASTM D86 test method. It is suitable for natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbons), motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gas oil fraction fuel and similar petroleum products.

Main features:
The instrument uses a 10-inch industrial-grade touch screen to display the steam temperature in real time.
The instrument presets 16 sets of measurement parameters for selection when testing different samples, which is convenient for detection operation. At the same time, the preset parameters are modifiable to meet the requirements of measuring special samples.
The instrument uses a PLC controller, which is stable and easy to operate.
The imported high-precision sensor is used to collect the sample temperature, with high measurement accuracy
The instrument has a high degree of automation, and one-button automatic completion of distillation measurement simplifies operation.
The instrument is equipped with a micro thermal printer with fast printing speed and low sound.
Automatically stores data, can store 10,000 records in a cycle, and can query records at any time

Liquid level tracking, using stepper motor, flexible and accurate control
